今天是《台灣關係法》46周年。在1979年4月10日，美國通過《台灣關係法》，確認台灣的戰略重要性，並將美國對印太地區的和平、穩定與繁榮的長期承諾寫入法律。
《台灣關係法》迄今持續作為區域穩定的關鍵支柱，未來我們將繼續在《台灣關係法》的基礎上擴展美台關係，並呈現美國政府與人民在貿易、科技、教育和安全等方面對台灣的廣泛與跨黨派支持。
展望未來，我們致力強化美台關係，推動在安全、經濟、科技等領域的合作及民間交流，履行《台灣關係法》的對台承諾，並為世界的和平繁榮做出貢獻。

Today, we mark the 46th anniversary of the Taiwan Relations Act (TRA), enacted on April 10, 1979. The TRA affirmed the strategic importance of Taiwan and enshrined the United States’ longstanding commitment to ensuring peace, stability, and prosperity in the Indo-Pacific region.
The U.S. relationship with Taiwan continues to be a pillar of stability in the region. We will continue to build upon the foundation of the TRA and demonstrate the broad-based, bipartisan support among Americans for our multidimensional partnership with Taiwan.
As we look to the future, we remain committed to deepening our cooperation and advancing security, economic, technological and people-to-people collaboration with Taiwan to fulfill the promises of the TRA and contribute to a peaceful, prosperous global community.
